Introduction

Economic organization plays a huge role in how people operate within a country and everyone can largely benefit from taking the time out to understand their country's economic operation. Christians definitely would benefit from completely understanding their country's economic way of life and how it affects their Christian lives. Humans, if one did not notice already, naturally centralize their economic way of life around human kings (leaders, rulers, or whoever one wants to call them) to give them full monetarily organization within a staple. Kings represent the male rulers of an independent state/country and they exist as the finest (Or most important) person within their independent state. A king has supreme power or sovereignty within his land usually with a Queen (The wife of the king and 2nd most important within the state). In Old Testament of the bible, many kings can be found ruling over the land - there was King Solomon, the Kings of Judah, and Saul who reigned as a king just to name a few. God can even be found anointing David to be a king - 1 Samuel 16:12-13 says," And the LORD said, “Arise, anoint him; for this is the one!” Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his brothers; and the Spirit of the LORD came upon David from that day forward". A king equates to the modern day "Boss" that numerous American people know of today from economic culture. Bosses naturally determine the modern economic structure of people's lives, but should they? Hence, this blog will tackle the economic ideas, roles, customs, and the illusion of being a boss.

The Illusion of Being a Boss

   A boss claims to be a so-called powerful person who makes decisions for, exercises authority over, dominates, governs, exercises dominion over, or acts as a superior authority over another person. Plenty of people and companies claim to be bosses in modern American society along with the economic system itself. The President of the United States as a politician, the policemen as enforcers of the law, and the owners of companies as economic producers all claim to bosses over other people politically through creating and passing laws, physically through abducting law breakers, or economically through hiring the employees of their companies for instance. People in these previously mentioned powerful positions rule everyone else through the country's economic system. Then these power position holders along with everyone else in America are simply employed and organized under the economic system of America itself already. The economic system called "Capitalism" ran by America represents a systemic owner itself, so people who live by Capitalism work for the system. Many people usually run their companies as single or partnership bosses and use their companies to most effectively work for Capitalism (Since it's the true owner) because they effectively gather the most money being owners of their own company in the system. Then owners try to get other people to work for their companies to further dominate the economic structure and keep economic power to themselves under Capitalism. See, there's no need to repair a car and profit oneself, if one can get one's employed mechanic repair a car for one and still profit. A lot people are just starting to realize or have already realized that having a business is better than having a job. Surprisingly though, the people just continue working for other companies and Capitalism with extreme diligence. One would think that the people employed for another person's company (Or Capitalism in general) would just naturally reject being put to work by their bosses. Then go start, operate, and work for their own company as bosses, since having something work for you is more profitable. Let's take a closer look into America's modern prominent business culture to find out why many people do not become bosses.

Well, the ruling class of America, who employed everyone predominantly under Capitalism, realized in America's early days that by slowly giving people power over other people in Capitalism - by simply making them boss of other people. The ruling class would never have to worry about anyone ever challenging their authority ever again. People were allowed to become bosses, overseers, slave masters, business owners,

Why? Both the people and the police are treated unfairly

police, #1 & #2, and etc of each other by bigger bosses just to create social, economic, and political differences among people. The people then began to focus most of their energy on fighting numerous minor bosses in power and never thought about bothering the real owners (Picture on Left). The Jim Crow laws, for example, were used as one way to socially separate power and create differences among black and white people under the main power structure. For another example, the Affirmative Action law helped politically gave women their economic power. The feminist did not give themselves their power, so there's no need to fight or bother feminist. The boss or bosses above feminist systematically gave feminist their power in modern society. If one has not realized, every person who claims to be a boss, leader, authority-figure, or head within or of an organization in Capitalism's power structure always has another boss ahead of them now.

The Corporate Ladder for most companies from McDonald's to Microsoft usually works like this sample below:

Economic System> Executive management (CEO,CFO)> Middle Management (Director, Manage)> Professional non-management (Analyst, Nurse)> Nonexempt (Assistant,Coordinator).

                                                                                                                       
On the other hand, the street level owners, involving drug dealers, pimps,the mobs, street gangs, sex-traffickers, and etc all use the same corporate ladder and play the same game; they all most likely have one person or very few people serving as the main bosses and employees working for the company under the boss. All to keep most of the power centralized on themselves. An another example of this long boss chain can be described by looking at a long chain of dominoes falling on top of each in synchronizing fashion.

Push em over>Top falls, they all fall

Find a dozen of dominoes, place them right next to each other standing up in straight line, and gently knock the domino at the front of line down in the direction of the other dominoes (Left), so that each domino will continue to knock the other dominoes in front it down in straight line. When a domino smoothly falls on top of the domino placed in front of it and completely smashes the domino in front it to the ground; the domino in front of the previous falling domino will smoothly fall on top of next domino placed in front it and smash it to the ground. The big bosses just use the employed smaller bosses to control other people for them, profit off of and fall on top of them, and to make people focus too much on the smaller boss. There are many reasons why the people just surprisingly continue to work as employed bosses for these other companies and Capitalism with extreme diligence though. See, an abundance of people tend to feel better about being bossed around themselves as long as they can boss around someone else. What does everyone think pets are really for? Pets really gives common people - completely people dominated by their system and system's owner with little systematic power every way - the opportunity to dominate animals. That way, they can feel better about being dominated and never get rid of the main people or system that's actually ruling over them. Being bossed around by another person is pure slavery and it needs to be called exactly what is it is. Most people can tell and realize that they are not supposed to have a boss like this naturally, but they are truly trained by society to accept being bossed around by other people. Americans are socially constructed to accept Capitalism's power structure by way of schools, companies, media, capitalism ( the system itself), etc. Notice, chattel slavery, which is more of a torture type (dehumanizing form) of slavery, was done early-on in America history and spoon-fed to everyone in school to show that a more sadistic form of slavery exist. Also, to currently make each person misunderstand slavery or say to themselves," Well, at my slavery isn't as bad as Chattel slavery. I can put up with the type of modern slavery I live in now". Realize, "Slavery" represents a system under which people are treated as property to be bought and sold, and are forced to work. A slave lives as single person entirely under the domination of some influence or person. Working for one's own survival is different from working for a system or for someone else under a system. Working for one's self allows one to work and create at one's own pace. Plus, the work would only be for one and for what one wants the work to be for. Slavery does not have to involve torture. One just has to be sold under the control of another person and help the owner more than one's self (Below).

Does One See This?

Most owners do not go out and physically sell their own product. Pimps economically sell sex though their females (people), Dell economically sells computers through their employees (people), and the NFL economically sells football through their football players (people). Now, some people say that workers have choice to work for their owners or not which is not true at all. First off, if every single person stops working for Capitalism then the system will break because the system commands that people work for it. Capitalism works for no one. Therefore, every single American must work for Capitalism under their own company/employment, a street pimp, or the owner of NFL, or etc or they will be poor economically in the system. Regardless if people want the system or not, Capitalism has dominated it's peoples lives and the land so much that it would take them all years to fully learn to live without it. Next, Capitalism organizes people to compete to the death and the weak to work for the strong. The biggest companies crush any smaller companies and further dominate by making people work for them. People cannot live without the power of big companies at all right now, hence the situation becomes a work for them or die situation. Dress, live, eat, and talk how big powerful companies want or no job.

Go try to compete with (Nike , and etc) company wise and see what happens. Few people compete with them and the ones that do just continue basically running the same slave and owners system.

People who mainly beg companies for jobs, offer services to owners, and work jobs for years because they need to survive or they just do not know any better. Most of public knows that they have little power and if they end up working for the big strong bosses then they will finally gain some power for themselves. Consequently, the poor, dominated, unlearned, and manipulated, which happens to be mostly everyone since most are already ruled by the ruling class of people, are forced to mainly work jobs for the other people. Not to mention, there are those who are likely being bossed by other people out of fear of losing their lives. Plenty of people must flock to whoever can socially, politically, and economically to create and maintain any type of power to control what other people do within America's system.

Gatorade, ESPN, Walmart, or IBM and many other substantial bosses, leaders, companies, or etc with great systemic power are examples of bosses who can control what other people do within the system. However, since most slave owners cannot blatantly use Chattel Slavery (right) anymore to just make people be slaves anymore. Slave owners lie, suppress their knowledge and systemic power against, and sell large dreams that are hard accomplish towards slaves to gain support from them. 

-Sports team owners and pimps gave a false idea to their workers by telling them that they love them and they are all one big family working together to achieve a higher goal (Like they are both all in the same boss position). Low-down lairs are what these owners are. They do not care anything about their employees because they will get rid of their workers as soon as they stop producing money for them. The behavior these owners perform can't be from God because God loves and helps people whether they produce or not.

- Numerous owners try to suppress the knowledge and systemic power that they give to their workers to keep them in subservient position. Notice, Colleges are businesses mainly focused on teaching students how to continue being pure students for other companies. Then they use Corporate ladder system too by giving great student awards like the dean list to keep students at odds with each other. College students learn good knowledge about chemistry, medicine, business, and so fourth to go prominently work for someone else with, but not how to work for their own company. The school owners do not want students to run businesses like them and create competition for them business-wise. God fully teaches and helps people be like him in every way so much that they are over-flowed with blessings. "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly," John 10:10.

-The American Dream or Greatest of All-Time, for example, simply serve as dreams that slave owners like the military, drug dealers, and boxing companies sell to common people to make them work diligently for them. The Greatest of All-Time dream tells people they can have tremendous glory and popularity forever and ever (Men will know their names 50 years later). If they successfully over-produce great results economically for their owners no matter what. Through sickness, cut and damaged ligaments, pressured situations, gun shot wounds, and etc the Greatest of All-Time (Or Super Slave) must still over-produce great results for their owner. Seriously, go ask Muhammad Ali (right), prostitutes, or salesman about working for owners who sell them dreams that only a few people can actually reach anyway. The dream is not worth the price of admission. Meanwhile, any and every person can get their spirits born-again with the spirit of God.

***Honestly, every owner does not try to or at least purposely try to lie, suppress knowledge, and etc like what was recently mentioned above. Some owners have no clue that having workers like numerous owners already have is wrong. Some owners just copy what the biggest companies do employment-wise because they were never taught that what those companies were doing was wrong. A lot of people do not even seem to understand their own Capitalistic system. And how could they understand their system when schools, media, and so on suppress the knowledge given to them about Capitalism. Though, if one wants to work for someone then go ahead, but know that working for other people is not the best economic option***

Big bosses really do not have to tempt people with power, hold benefits from, or sell dreams and goals that public needs (Or wants) in their lives anymore. Most citizens don't have a choice at this point, but to work for other bosses. Big companies hold so much power that getting power without them is quite difficult. Maybe selling the American Dream consist as something done out habit or just plain fun at this point.

 Really? Then Go Your run Own Darn Company By Yourself Then!

Big bosses like the Dell or General Electric could smoothly take their power out of their hands and truly place their power into the hands of everyone. Sadly though, owners scream," It's My Company!!!"(Left). Okay, then leave other people out of the your company and run the company by one's self like one is supposed to do. Oh but wait, owners do not want run their company by themselves because doing so limit's their business growth. Sole owners would need help from other people to help them handle the responsibility of growing their business to other states and internationally to different countries (Below).

Say No, owners need You for this (Above)

Many owners do not even have the decency to work by themselves completely for their own company with no employee help and accept the consequences of real sole ownership. Numerous owners would rather try to have their cake and eat it too by having limited power employees do their bidding. The ruling class could easily make everyone real authorized bosses like them and their families through truly sharing power through partnership business. *Instead, the ruling class and most powerful pieces of the system would rather upkeep the Capitalistic system, enslave others, make certain people bosses over other people, and maintain their power within the system. Once again, all to create differences among people for them to focus on, fight over, and compete over while never bothering their power. Most bosses fall in love with their power to control other people, are too scared to disperse their power, are selfishly holding their power for themselves and their family, or either just do not know any better, so most bosses do not change the business system. Honestly though, no person can spiritually stand as the boss another person anyway, therefore being a boss of another person represents a false illusion.

          

                   Who Spiritually Has The Right To Actually Be The Boss?

God, a perfect spirit and the creator of man, definitely stands as the only rightful spiritual boss of mankind. God equates to," the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords," says 1 Timothy 6:15.

See, many Christians and people in the world have believed for years that their God-given talents (Also known as God-graced ability), knowledge about certain topics, and God-given spiritual authority qualified them to rule over others. However, absolutely no ones God-given talents nor does their knowledge give them the right permanently boss others around within any arena of life. Different people within all ethnicities have and favor different talents. Every single person obviously can do actions that other people cannot do or actions better than other people. For instance, some people can naturally read, make motion-picture films, sing, or write poetry better than other people with their God given talent. All ethnicities even look different, cling to and like different activities, enjoy certain music, and enjoy certain foods as a group and the differences among ethnicities should be respected. Do not let anyone tell one that ethnicity (Or race) equates to just skin color and that God remains unaware of the different people he created on earth.

For example, African tribes perform their own traditional dances (Left picture) that they like to do and then the Scottish people perform their own traditional dances (below). The Africans and Scottish dance styles are different and one group may be better dancing in one form or another.

Though, God-given ability, differences, knowledge, and etc still does not give any single person or ethnic group of people a justified reason to ever officially exalt themselves over others people at all. People are different from each other, so let people be different as God made everyone different; all God-given talents were given us to help each other with under God. What else could anyone think Romans 12:3 titled," Serve God worth Spiritual Gifts," in the King James Version of the bible was actually teaching about? Romans 12:4 explains," For as we have many member in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body, but all the members of one another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches; in teaching". Use everyone's talents to improve the lives of others in every area under God.

There are Christians who have believed for years that they were supposed be subjected to single human spiritual authority in every way like most people in Capitalism are. Many Christians may have even tried pointing to the husbands role in marriage to prove God men spiritual authority (Husbands rule their household;1: Timothy 3:5). Though, Romans 13:1 clearly says," For there is no authority except from God", and God did not give anyone authority to rule over people. There should be no human bosses as God did not give adults dominion over other a adults. God still remains in control during marriage too because both partners have to follow God in every way in order to be married properly. One of the reasons God gave the mother and father each a main role in the family was to help organize the household. Both partners must submit to roles to be married properly. Plus not mention, married couples vowed to take the living workload off of each other when they married each other. Married people must raise kids, so there still must roles and order. Please do not try to take the rules of marriage and apply those rules to every other Godly institution. Every single person did not marry each other. Romans chapter 13 in the bible has been falsely missed understood by many Christians. "Romans chapter 13 Respect for Authority" in the bible was made teach people how to submit to authority. However, God never said he gave one human spiritual authority in the church, in a non-family, or in a working environment. Who and what single person was given spiritual authority in the new testament? Point to the single leader or Christian in scripture that God made the human spiritual authority. Jesus was God in the flesh, so the people who followed him were correct because he was the boss.
             

              God=Perfection & Perfection=God. See, only perfection can be a boss 

Realize this, having another human as a boss, regardless of if one does so as a boss through an economic system or not, spiritually fails every time since humans are not God. The human boss scenario lives as prove to why Prisons will not work soon. Locking people up the way prisons do directly breaks a spiritual law, stands as spiritual criminal activity (unnatural) to human nature, and goes against God's will by taking God from the power position of people lives. Like, any unnatural activity or thing, locking people up and bossing other people around will always disrupt. If it's surviving, it's surviving off something synthetic. People can cannot be controlled against their will. Plus, what's worse, is that most people do not honestly have a problem with having a perfect boss anyway.

Therefore, since most people do not have a problem following a perfect boss, people do not have a hard time following Capitalism. Understand, Capitalism is very perfect and did one know that Satan was also perfect too? Remember, God made Lucifer the perfect angel, so as a sinner he's also perfect. Now, Capitalism equates to Satan's system because Satan also runs his kingdom in the owner and slave system to keep power all to himself. Fallen Angels and demons follow this format under Satan, so they can be Gods too like Satan (Who firstly wanted to be like God literally). Remember, like people, fallen angels and demons all feel better about being dominated themselves as long as they can dominate someone else too. Plus, Capitalism produces death for it's users while God's system oppositely produces life, hence that makes the system of Capitalism evil. Satan, the God of the world (Refer to 2 Corinthians 4:4), perverted competition and used competition to determine the lifestyle of men with Capitalism. Most of mankind lives within Satan's world and actually operates their systems according to his rules. All of Satan's economic systems like Fascism, Communism, or Capitalism that do not line up with God's economic system are perfectly evil. Each and every one of Satan's systems teach Satanism and should be avoided. God almighty has his own perfectly righteous systems, ways, thought, ideas, and etc that produce life. Therefore, "I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life", said God in Deuteronomy 30:19. Forget following perfect unrighteous systems, God's righteous and perfect system must be followed. Christians, who choose God as their leader are still learning, teaching, and practicing Satan's way of economics through Capitalism (Let's hope the most the practice is unknowingly) without God's consent. In other words, the American money system currently tricks many Christians, who mostly have been dominated by Capitalism from birth, into operating by a system they should not being operating by.

God decided that he would not declare anymore men as the boss, king, ruler, or leader of any other men ever again. After Jesus left the earth, God gave spiritual authority to every Christian. Revelation 5:10 tells us," And hast made us kings and priests to our God; and we shall reign on the earth." God (the kings of kings; Revelation 17:4 Get it?) made all born-again believers kings when he entered their spirits and gave them a piece of him.Therefore, no one Christian exists as the spiritual authority over other Christians. God as the spiritual boss used to allow men to rule over each other as kings in the Old Testament, but only men who were led by God himself could be kings of other people. David, for example, was anointed as a king by God; 1 Samuel 16:12-13 in the bible even informs readers about the anointing process," So he sent for him and had him brought in. He was glowing with health and had a fine appearance and handsome features. And the Lord said, “Arise, anoint him; for this is the one!”. 13 So Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on the Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon David. Samuel then went to Ramah". See, God willingly gave David, Abram (*Genesis 12:3), and other men spiritual authority in the old days when people followed the set Old Covenant between them and God. Everyone had to follow the man of God's rules just like Romans chapter 13 teaches men how submit to human spiritual authority. In the New Testament of bible though, God, does not declare any one man as a God escorted king like he did in the Old Testament. *Notice, an official king named Herod and the Pharisees and Sadducees, who comprised the ruling class of Israel, were not chosen kings by God in the New Testament. People could live with Jesus as their authority figure because Jesus was God in the flesh (1 John 5:20 says so). After Jesus left the earth, no adult person could or should become the authority figure of any other adults ever again. *God took mankind out of every true spiritual kingship position when he created the New Covenant because God knows humans verify as imperfect, cannot keep his commandments, and cannot be trusted as rulers - King Solomon, a mortal man who God told not to intermarry with women from other kingdoms, still married many wives from other kingdoms due to his inability to keep God's word and King Solomon ended up turning his heart from the Lord to worship other Gods (1st Kings chapter 11 teaches). Jesus even went to different cities through out the New Testament telling the people that they needed God to save (Or deliver) them from their sin because they naturally could not keep God's commandments. Jesus taught men in Matthew 5:28, “But, I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already has already committed adultery with her in this heart. If your right eye causes you to sin then gouge it and throw it away. It is better you to lose one part of your body then for your whole body to be thrown into hell”. Men are very visual people. It's almost impossible for any man not to look at a woman lustfully in his lifetime, so every man would to gouge out their eyes to avoid sin. Since, God knew he would not be able to accept humans as perfect spirits into heaven because humans could not keep his perfect law. God created a partnership called the Holy Trinity (Or also known as the Triune) with the Holy Spirit and his son named Jesus (2nd Timothy 2:13 teaches us that God can trust himself; Hebrews 1:8 refers to Jesus as God and Acts 5:3-4 refers to the Holy Spirit as God). God now can only trust God (Trinity) and does not have to be concerned with himself breaking his commandments.

The New Rules and Way of Life

Now, if any person wants God to attach them to him and see their spirit as clean, alive, and flawless enough to enter into heaven; each and every person must get their spirits born-again - which basically equates to accepting God into their spirit and making the almighty God the boss of their lives - and allow God to be apart of their lives. God can then trust their born-again (God filled) spirit and accept their spirit into heaven because God lives within their spirit. God, once again, declared himself as the boss and Christians, like Romans 12:3 teaches, as kings are suppose to work together in unison as partners of the whole body of Christ under the God. Christians are submit to and serve each other while helping each become fit to survive. There are some pastors who have realized Christ was the head in the local churches, so they took themselves out of the leadership roles. The pastors then let themselves, the deacons, the elders, and the Christians use their power and all equally play their individual roles in the church. Somehow though, Christians never took this business model with them into their daily economic, political, and social lives. If the people in the world want to run sole human head businesses then let them do so. People in the world and Christians are supposed to be different from each other in every way. The Christians should not run companies like the world does because no operational between them differences would exist. Even though, Christians separately really need their own land and economic system from the world in run God system best. Partnerships do exist business-wise for people take themselves out of the boss category, build a piece of God's System within Capitalism, improve each other and use everyone's talents, and put the real power into God's hands. Christians are supposed to run partnerships type of businesses together as workers and owners. Not operate sole proprietorship companies like the people world run. Christian people are the only people who can naturally run partnership businesses together, since God entered their hearts. The rest of the world can only copy what Christians can do, but they do not have God. God can lead Christians from his word and their hearts since he created the new covenant to allow him to do so. Christian people can partner together easier as worker and owners economically. Of course, Christians will have to submit to Capitalistic government like Romans chapter 13 teaches how to respect authority (hopefully to separate eventually). The goal is not to take over capitalism, but to live like God commands his people to live and run the Kingdom of God more effectively.

-Submission equals freedom and rebellion equal bondage works in certain situations like marriage. This motto though, does not mean let other people take advantage of you by any means.

-God is not a respecter of persons 

"No more Kings, Bosses, or People governing other people; Those days are over for every Christian."
